Linguini al’ Frutti di Mare
A medley of jumbo gulf shrimp, fresh sea scallops, fresh mussels, and calamari simmered a tomato-seafood broth served on fresh linguini.
Jumbo shrimp sautéed aglio olio with artichoke hearts and grape tomatoes served over fresh spinach fettuccine.
Imported Italian pancetta lightly browned with garlic and fresh herbs in a spicy tomato sauce served on fresh fettuccine.

Linguini al Pecorino
A simple and Tuscan dish of braised garlic tossed aglio olio with fresh linguini, garnished with fresh basil, pecorino cheese, and balsamic vinegar on the side.
Homemade Italian sausage simmered in our spicy tomato sauce, served over fresh spaghettini and topped with fresh mozzarella.
With tomato basil sauce topped with goat cheese and toasted pine nuts.
Pollo alla Marsala:
(Gluten free) breast of chicken sautéed with mushrooms, garlic, pancetta and fresh herbs, finished with a marsala wine reduction sauce and served with today’s fresh vegetable.
Torte ‘al Mellanzane
(Gluten free) fresh baby eggplant lightly dusted with rice flour and fresh herbs, pan fried, topped with fresh mozzarella and pecorino then baked with our homemade marinara.
